TrueView AI / Accessibility

Accessibility statement

TrueView AI is meant to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on a screen reader, a keyboard or magnification. This page says which standard we work to, what we have tested, what we know is still missing, and how to reach us.

Last updated: November 2, 2026

The standard

We work to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the level adopted by Israeli Standard 5568 and by the accessibility laws of the European Union and most other markets our merchants sell in.

What this statement covers

How the site and the card are built

Testing

Every public page is checked with an automated WCAG audit (Lighthouse, built on axe) before it goes live, most recently on 2 November 2026. Automated tools find only part of the problems, so we also walk each page with the keyboard after a change to its layout.

Known gaps

None open as of 2 November 2026. The last one, an opened topic chip on the storefront card that a screen reader announced without its name, was fixed on that date. Anything an audit finds is listed here until the fix is live.

Tell us

If something on this site or on a store’s review card is hard for you to use, or you need the content in another form, write to support@trueview-ai.com. We aim to reply the same business day, and we treat an accessibility report as a fault to fix. The same address is the accessibility contact under the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities regulations.
